Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. |
Shipping And Handling Delivery charges for Ice Wrap and Adhesive Tapes are £6.99 plus VAT for any quantity delivered anywhere in the UK.
For all other products, delivery charges are per pallet, delivered to the following zones:
Zone 1: Preston and Fylde - all PR & FY postcodes
Zone 2: London - all E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC postcodes
Zone 3: Scottish Lowlands, Cumbria, North Wales, Cornwall - CA, CT, DG, EH, FK, G, KA1-26, KA29-99, KY, LA10-99, ML, LL, SA, SY, TD, TR postcodes
Zone 4: Scottish Highlands: AB, DD, PA1-19, IV1-40, IV52-54, IV57 postcodes
Zone 5: Offshore: Northern Ireland, Eire, Channel Islands, IOW, IOM, Scottish Islands, postcodes HS, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW, PH, ZE.
Zone 6: All other mainland destinations not mentioned above.
Prices vary according to Zone. Current prices (exc VAT) per pallet, are:
Zone 1: £25

Zone 3: £50
Zone 4: £73
Zone 5: £POA. Please call or email for details when placing an order.

| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We offer next day delivery on stock items on mainland UK orders placed before midday to most parts of mainland Britain (next day delivery is not available in some outlying areas) except for items in our Special Offers section where you should allow 3 businesss days for delivery. Please note that items are delivered between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday-Friday. For UK orders where delivery is not available next day we will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . For orders to outside the UK delivery time will depend on the class of carriage chosen and the chosen country of destination. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock and we can back order it within 3 days we will order it for you. If the item(s) will take longer to order we will email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |
Credit Card Security We use SECPAY to handle our credit card transactions. Look out for the Golden Padlock symbol in your browser and click on it for full details of their security certificates.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. We sincerely hope it won't happen, but if you are dissatisfied with the goods that are shipped, please do not hesitate to contact us.
In the unlikely event that the goods we supply are faulty, damaged in transit or wrongly supplied, we will offer you the choice of a direct replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund. We will make suitable arrangements for a courier to collect the goods. If you order the wrong goods, we will exchange them for your corrected order, provided that we receive the original goods (carriage and handling paid) in original condition. If the goods you want are more expensive than those you ordered, we will charge you the difference. If the goods you wanted cost less than the ones you ordered, we will of course, refund the difference. All replacement goods are subject to our normal shipping charges.
All refunds will be made within 10 business days of the goods being returned to us, but you should note that refunds to some accounts may take a few days longer to reach your account. None of the above affects your statutory rights. All sales are governed by the relevant UK law. |
