Duration Ice Packs are filled with a special food grade phase change material, making them ideal for shipping frozen foods. The duration ice packs need to be frozen at a temperature of at least -23°C before use and must be completely frozen solid!

The Turbo Tag Monitoring System enables you to accurately, cost effectively and easily measure and record the temperature of the products at regular intervals. The Turbo Tag smart card is a small but accurate time and temperature monitoring device with an integrated RFID data transfer design. The Turbo Tag smart card is to be used in conjunction with the Desktop Reader System and/ or Handheld Reader/ Starter System.

The Turbo Tag smart card logger is lightweight, simple, durable and reusable. With a guarantee of at least one years usage. As a result the Turbo Tag is a valuable means of monitoring your temperature controlled packaging. From activation the smart card will monitor from as little as 20 minutes to a maximum of 3 months. The Turbo Tag smart card range are able to monitor temperatures from -26ºC to +35ºC.

The Desktop Reader and Handheld Reader enables you to record, monitor and summarise your products temperature during transport. The Turbo Tag Session Manager software is easy to use with a tag download time of 2 seconds, and is initiated when the Desktop reader is directly attached to your PC. Or indirectly thorough the portable Handheld Reader and Infrared Port interface. The tags can be configured to activate immediately in the desktop environment or programmed to start later via the time delayed, auto starting feature within the software.

Our LDPE foam liners have been manufactured from low density polythene, which is the same material used in all most all plastic carrier bags. The LDPE material is 100% recyclable and is completely CFC free.
