Temperature Controlled Packaging has developed and manufactured an insulated packaging solution for the shipment of chilled and frozen foods that need to be in transit for a minimum period of 24 hours and up to 96 hours.

TempGuard™ Foam Packaging enables you to insulate chiiled and frozen foods better than expanded polystyrene (EPS). This allows you to ensure all perishable products are shipped in a condition that ensures they will be received in the standard of condition they were sent.

This form of insulated chilled and frozen food packaging is also extremely cost effective as it will enable you to ship products any day of the week enabling you to keep your dispatch department running 7 days a week, resulting in maximum efficiency and reduced wastage.
TempGuard™ Foam Packaging products are designed and manufactured to your exact specification. This includes size, shape, weight of product and custom printed outer carton. This is achieved as we will manufacture custom moulds to the correct density needed of TempGuard™ Foam.

Your TempGuard™ Foam Packaging solution will enable you to balance performance of your product and save you money on materials and freight. TempGuard™ is a more economical way to ship your temperature sensitive products.

A phase change layer is also now available to order further below, which allows you to ship frozen and chilled products in the same shipper.

TempGuard™ Phase Change Layer Ref: 681

The TempGuard™ Phase Change Layer allows you to ship both frozen and chilled products together for up to 48 hours for use with the medium and large sized TempGuard™ chilled and frozen food shippers as detailed above.

Medium - 430 x 290 x 15mm for use with the following TempGuard™ shippers - 430 x 290 x 200mm, 430 x 290 x 230mm and 430 x 290 x 270mm.
Large - 590 x 365 x 15mm for use with the following TempGuard™ shippers - 590 x 365 x 200mm, 590 x 365 x 230mm and 590 x 365 x 270mm.
